Welcome to Deus AI Bot Platform (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our AI chatbot services for Facebook, Instagram, or other supported social media platforms (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Overview of Service

Deus AI provides intelligent chatbot integration for social media business pages and profiles. The Service allows users to automate customer engagement, manage leads, and provide real-time support through AI-driven responses. Our platform connects with APIs offered by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and other approved partners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform or connect it to your social media accounts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You also affirm that you are authorized to manage the Facebook Page, Instagram Account, or Business you connect to Deus AI.

4. Use of Service

  • You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes.
  • You may not use Deus AI to send spam, misleading content, or engage in deceptive practices.
  • AI-generated responses should not be used to provide medical, financial, or legal advice.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any information or responses sent from your connected bot.

5. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our Service may collect certain user and message data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable). Data is only used for the purpose of providing, improving, and securing the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate integrations with Meta or for legal reasons.

You retain full ownership of your page data, customer messages, and any content processed through our AI systems.

6. Integration with Facebook and Meta Services

By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account, you grant Deus AI permission to access data as described in Meta’s platform policies. We act as a processor of your data under your instructions and never post, message, or manage your page content without your authorization.

You must comply with Facebook’s Platform Terms and Developer Policieswhile using this integration.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is deemed to be authorized by you. In case of unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately so we can take protective measures.

8. AI Limitations

The chatbot utilizes large language models and may occasionally produce incorrect or nonsensical responses. While we continuously train and optimize the AI, you acknowledge that AI output is probabilistic and should not be solely relied upon for critical decision-making.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and branding elements associated with Deus AI are owned by MarkCoders or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform as intended. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our Service without written consent.

10. Payment & Subscription (If Applicable)

Some features of the Service may require a paid plan or subscription. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges where applicable.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we detect misuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your social media integrations.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure at all times. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deus AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service — including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Karachi.
