RealZ Network Marksuf (the “Page”), operated by MarkCoders, provides the AI chatbot “Deus” — a social media assistant designed to enhance customer communication, automate responses, and deliver intelligent insights for Facebook Pages and other connected services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you interact with our chatbot or associated integrations.

1.1 Information We Collect

• Page Interaction Data: Comments, messages, or reactions left on the Page or Messenger conversations.
• Metadata: Page IDs, timestamps, message IDs, and other technical identifiers needed to respond or log activity.
• System Logs: Diagnostic logs to improve reliability, prevent spam, and debug integration errors.
• Usage Analytics: Non-personal usage data used to analyze trends and improve response efficiency.

1.2 How We Use the Information

The collected data is used solely for operational and functional purposes, including:

• Generating automated AI-based replies through approved APIs (OpenAI, Meta, etc.).
• Enhancing and optimizing chatbot accuracy through feedback analysis.
• Monitoring service performance and security compliance.
• Providing insights to the Page administrator for legitimate business improvement.

1.3 Storage & Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to maintain chatbot accuracy and audit integrity. Message identifiers may be retained briefly to prevent duplicate responses or handle moderation requests. Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

1.4 Third-Party Services

Deus integrates with third-party services such as Meta APIs and OpenAI’s language models. These services process user content to generate meaningful responses. All integrations comply with the respective platform’s developer policies and data-handling requirements.

1.5 Data Security

We use encryption, access control, and network-level security measures to safeguard stored data. Only authorized personnel may access operational systems, and all administrative activity is logged. However, no digital system is entirely invulnerable — users are advised to avoid sharing sensitive information through the chatbot.

1.6 User Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Requests are processed promptly in accordance with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR and CCPA.

2. Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the Deus chatbot provided on RealZ Network Marksuf. By engaging with the chatbot or connecting your page, you agree to abide by the following conditions.

2.1 Acceptable Use

• You will not use the chatbot to spread spam, hate speech, or unauthorized promotions.
• The Service must not be used to impersonate another entity or individual.
• All actions performed by the AI are based on your configuration and authorization as Page Admin.

2.2 Service Disclaimer

Deus AI uses large-scale generative models that may produce unpredictable responses. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance, or relevance of every response. You acknowledge that messages generated by AI are for informational purposes only.

2.3 Platform Compliance

By using the chatbot, you agree to comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and any local regulations that apply to digital communication.

2.4 Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time for operational or compliance reasons. Updates to these Terms will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Data Deletion & User Requests

We provide an easy and transparent process for users to request deletion of their data collected through Messenger or Page interaction.

1. Send an email to bilal.tunio@markcoders.com with subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Include a link or screenshot of the interaction (message/comment) you wish to remove.
3. We will confirm the request within 7 business days and delete all associated identifiers from our systems.

Please note that deleting your data from our system does not remove the original content from Facebook’s platform. To remove comments or messages entirely, use Facebook’s own tools or contact Facebook support.
